Family trip – Warsaw here we come!
Family autumn trip to Warsaw!
What a great family trip we had!
Some of you may not know it, but our family is Polish, and Natasza – my older daughter- had lived in Poland since the age of 5. Then we moved to Slovakia, Germany and now live in the Netherlands. But we love coming back to Poland even for short visits. During the autumn break we flew to Warsaw and spent a whole week there, sightseeing and visiting our friends. On a first day, we took a walk along Krakowskie Przedmieście and Old Town. As it was a rainy day we made a nice stop at Pijalnia Czekolady Wedla, for a hot chocolate and delicious pralines. Day two was all about the science at Centrum Nauki Kopernik. Girls loved it – amazing experiments, “hands-on” science, it’s a learning in a fun way!
More stories about our trip to be published soon…
If your kids love science you have to visit Copernicus Science Centre , for hot chocolate and delicious desserts we recommend Wedel Chocolate Lounges
